The 79 years stalwart of Kannada cinema direction Siddalingaiah who breathed last on Thursday afternoon was kept at the Suguna Hospital to offer respect to cinema industry and other personalities.

Karnataka chief Minister Siddaramaiah arrived to pay last respect to the departed Siddalingaiah. Sa Ra Govindu accompanied the Karnataka chief minister at Suguna Hospital situated in Rajajinagar Rajakumar Road.

Kannada cinema bigwigs like V Ravichandran and others visited the hospital in the afternoon. Late in the night Siddalingaiah body will be shifted to his Rajajinagara residence. On Friday the legendary director and producer Siddalingaiah will be cremated in Bengaluru says the sources.

Siddalingaiah admitted for multiple complaints was traced with H1N1 flue that could not be cured at the hospital.
